At RGM we pride ourselves on being a traditional High Street Firm offering a wide range of legal services to the local community and beyond.

Our Grangemouth office was opened in 1977. Since then we have opened a further office in Linlithgow in 1998 and both offices are now well established in the local community.

We provide a full range of legal services to assist our clients in their home, family and business lives. In addition to our traditional base in conveyancing, Wills and executries, we offer a wide range of civil court services, specialising in family matters, and are registered for Legal Aid.

When it comes to property, as Solicitors and Estate Agents, we are in a unique position to provide our clients with all the services required to buy and sell houses with one single point of contact. We have a property network covering large areas of Central Scotland to ensure maximum property exposure.

Senior Partners & Staff

	GORDON MARSHALL Founded the firm in 1977. Born in Grangemouth many years ago, graduated from Glasgow University and apprenticed to Warden Bruce & Co WS Edinburgh worked in Local Government upon qualifying and thereafter company secretary to Bield Housing Association before commencing private practice in Grangemouth. Specialises in conveyancing and executry work.

	HARVEY WADDELL Harvey graduated from Edinburgh University with an L.L.B degree in 1974 and has a wealth of local experience having spent his initial years in private practice in Falkirk followed by a spell as a solicitor with Falkirk District Council before becoming a partner with RGM in 1982. Specialising in property law, mainly residential conveyancing but also commercial conveyancing. Harvey deals with other private client matters such as Wills and Powers of Attorney.

	Leo Adair McGarvey Leo graduated from Glasgow University in 1992 with a BSc in Immunology. After serving for a number of years as a police officer with Lothian and Borders Police, he graduated with a Law degree in 1998 from Strathclyde and thereafter with a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice the following year. Leo has worked in the Falkirk area for over ten years. He is an experienced civil court practitioner with a particular emphasis on divorce work, separations and child law although he provides advice on a wide range of legal problems such as employment law, debt recovery, housing law, executries and personal injury.

	AUDREY ALLISON Audrey is our longest serving member of staff having joined our firm in 1982. Prior to then she worked as a legal secretary in Falkirk where her work covered a wide range of duties. Audrey is now involved mainly in residential conveyancing, drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney.

	SUSAN DUNSMORE Susan is a paralegal in our Grangemouth office. Since joining the firm in 1985 she has taken on various roles, but has been working as a paralegal since 2001 after gaining her Certificate in Conveyancing Practice. Susan deals with all aspects of residential property work including purchases, sales, remortgages and transfer of title.

	LAURA HIGGINS Laura is a paralegal in our Grangemouth office, having gained her Paralegal Certificate in 1992. She has worked for RGM for a total of 13 years. Laura has worked in conveyancing for both RGM and a major builder for 23 years and currently deals with all aspects of purchase and sale, council house purchases, remortgages and transfers of title

	Gillian Duncan Office Manager Joined the Firm in 1986 she has taken on various roles including managing our 3 Building Society Agencies, Cashroom Assistant & Receptionist.
