CONTACT AND RESIDENCE
In the majority of cases when couples separate and children are involved there is usually an argument concerning where and with whom the children shall reside (legally known as residence). In some cases, there is sometimes only an argument in particular to when one parent can have “contact” to their child. RGM can help in facilitating Agreements between the parties in order to achieve fair and reasonable resolution to the dispute. Alternatively, when the parties cannot agree, RGM have experience in court cases involving children to enable contact/residence to be achieved. Once again, Legal Aid can be made available depending on financial circumstances.
