Separation and divorce can be a very stressful time for both parties.  During separation and/or divorce, a great deal of matters require to be considered such as the care and upbringing of the children and the division of the matrimonial property which includes the matrimonial home, pensions, savings etc. and liabilities such as loans and debts.  RGM can help to achieve fair and reasonable settlements either out of court, by way of a Separation Agreement or in the event that court proceedings are required, we are confident that we can achieve and a fair and reasonable settlement for our clients.

In some cases Legal Aid can be made available depending on financial circumstances.
